Happy new moon in Aquarius tomorrow!
Today, we are going deeper in understanding transits. I will be giving some helpful tips in interpreting transits and looking at them in different ways. For those of you who are unfamiliar with what transits even are, they indicate where the planets are currently in the sky. Whereas your birth chart always remains the same, transits are constantly changing. To give some examples, Mercury retrograde is a transit, a full moon is a transit, Aquarius season is a transit, and Pluto now being in Aquarius is also a transit. You can overlay the current positions of the transiting planets to your birth chart to understand when certain areas of your life will be activated.
Transits are my favorite part of astrology, because they represent very real events taking place in your life, and the timing is always eerily accurate. For literally anything that goes on in your life, no matter how major or minor, it can be backed up by transits. You can look to transits to see when you might have a job change, or feel less depressed, or be much more social and open to dating. With transits though, it’s important not to fixate so much on having one specific outcome. Keep an open mind to all of the possibilities of what that transit may hold for you. Even if what you expected to take place with a certain transit doesn’t transpire, something still related to the theme of that transit will.
Below, I’ve given some additional tips for looking at transits to help you take your knowledge of them to a deeper level. For a full intro into understanding transits and how they work, as well as a written out explanation of what every single planet means in transit and how long it spends in a sign and a house, that information can be found in my book. Also stay tuned for something coming at the end of February from me that will show you how to apply transits to all areas of your life: love, career, home and health.
