10/19 Live Workshop: An Intro to Annual Profections
Understanding year long themes with this timing technique
I hope everyone is having a nice week! This email is a reminder about the upcoming live workshop I’m hosting this Sunday. Interactive monthly workshops are a recent addition to the paid membership tier, and so far I’ve had a lot of fun doing them. I love how we’ve been able to see how astrological timing plays out in people’s lives in a very real way. For the October workshop, I wanted to revisit the topic of annual profections. I have done two past newsletters on this topic, which you can find here and here. Annual profections is an easy timing technique that sheds light on important themes you might be experiencing for any given year, from one birthday to the next.
In this workshop, I will first be returning to the basics of annual profections by showing you how to pull up this chart and identify your planetary lord for the year. Then we will be getting more micro by looking at monthly profections, as well as medieval continuous profections. The second half of the workshop will be open to hearing from you and what themes you’ve experienced in specific annual profection years, and how the planetary ruler of the year has been involved.
Honestly, there is so much to unpack with annual profections that I may have to do a part two workshop in the near future. So think of this one as an opportunity to nail down the basics of profections, and then at a later date we will have to explore more of the nuances of profections together.
The workshop will be hosted over Zoom on Sunday, October 19 at 2pm EST. It will last for an hour and a half, until 3:30pm EST.
