I’m an Aries rising so Mars transits can be more significant or easily felt for me. For instance, during the last Mars retrograde in Gemini, my 3rd house, I underwent a renovation in my home that was scheduled to start November 1, 2022 (two days after Mars stationed retrograde). Not only did the renovation start a week later than planned, but it dragged out until the end of January 2023 when it was supposed to wrap up before Christmas 2022. I got into an argument (Mars theme) with my neighbor over the phone (3rd house theme) while I was on a work trip as he was growing increasingly tired of the noise/ disruptions and there had been a leak that was effecting his unit below me. I had to call my brother (3rd house theme) to limit the water damage while I was out of town. Did I mention my moon (4th house ruler) is at 28 degrees of Gemini? Literally within 3 degrees of the Mars station. I wish I knew more about astrology back then! Had I have known, I would have waited to do the renovation after this retrograde lifted.

such a good example! even if it wasn't good life events that took place ahhaa. wait interesting that this one will also have to do with home related topics for you too in Cancer.

Yes, home and family related topics will definitely come up. But trust me, I’ve learned my lesson LOL. I’m purposefully holding off on doing any more home improvement projects or major decorating until the Jupiter/Venus conjunction in Cancer next August. I should have better luck then :)

Leading up to the Mars retrograde Mars was sq my natal Mars & my natal Saturn. With transit Mars retrograding and I am stuck in those dual squares for a little while. I already know this retrograde is going to be about developing a healthier relationship with anger. It’s an emotion I avoid entirely or is ripped from me without my consent. My psychic bf (not actually psychic, just has a 12th house stellium) recommended I work on healthy expression & release of anger months ago, turns out he was right as always. Definitely going to be returning to daily exercise, journaling, & meditation, wish me luck!

Im a sag rising. My natal mars is at 29 degrees in cancer which is my 8th house. I feel like my whole life is about to change energetically, but not physically, not yet. So im trying to be patient, and just take care of myself and just be. Having a lot of introspection, alone time, journaling, meditating lately. But being this mellow until the end of February 😩

We'll see where it goes but I've definitely been experiencing themes of this Mars retrograde already. I'm an aries rising so mars is my chart ruler, and its impacting my 4th and 5th houses. I also have my moon at 6 degrees of leo and sun at 4 degrees of scorpio. I've been thinking about moving but unsure of where I want to go for the past few months. I found an apartment and was pretty settled on it but now that I'm about to sign I'm really second guessing if that's the area I want to live in. I still may end up taking it, but I'm having second thoughts that I didn't foresee. Relating to 5th house, I'm also realizing that struggles I'm having with self confidence is really holding me back from putting myself out there with dating and that's something I want to work on. Thanks for your post I'll be curious to see where things land for me after the retrograde!

yes moving is a big one for Aries rising! especially with Jupiter moving into Cancer next summer that would definitely indicate doing that.

Those cazimi, with all planets, prove to be so relevant when we look back on important dates; it's unbelievable!

Have many examples to share: in the last Mars retrograde we experienced (November 2022 - January 2023) in the sign of Gemini, I had a re-structure in my job title, which makes so much sense because Mars is the ruler of my MC. The one before that, in Aries, from September - November 2020, we're talking about the peak of the pandemic, and being my natal Mars in Aries, and ruler of the MC, I left my previous job and started a whole new career path, which is much more satisfying for me now, even if it felt scary at that time.

Again, something career-related. The Mars retrograde across the signs of Aquarius and Capricorn from June - August 2018, I also shifted roles in the company I was working for, and I felt much better with what I was doing. But the one that is even more curious to me is the Mars retrograde in Leo (December 2009 - March 2010), because I re-met someone during this time that changed my life path, and it's probably one of the reasons I now live in London. He was someone I met in September 2009, so he (Mars) came back to my life (retrograde) in March 2010, and this romance drove many decisions in my life from there. And my Sun-Mars cazimi on the 17th November 2023 started in the first degrees of my 5th house, so I expect another person coming back to my life in the next months considering the past pattern, re-shaping my life path, as I also have transit Saturn conjunct my North Nodes, so it's all really part of a bigger cycle. My Solar Return is also on my 5th house this year, so curious and excited to see what's happening next! It's a curious thing because my title at work is also evolving again, so similar themes came up again in my career!

I’m an Aquarius rising and when you said to look at which house Scorpio rules (10th) and how you might be working through something big around this theme (careers, public image) you were spot on! I started a new consulting business recently and have been working non-stop getting things going. Outwardly it has been a successful kick off with lots of networking everyday and new followers on Instagram, etc. I’ve met with several potential clients and even got one under contract already, but running into snags with funding (Saturn in my 2nd house?) and just some internal doubt about getting this business off the ground quick enough to support myself. I do feel like this is my calling and looking back at what I was dealing with at work in November 2023 it makes sense that I’m moving forward with my own business and working from home (better habits, more exercise, less stress). Also with Pluto in Aquarius and my AC at 8 degrees I think I could actually be ready to put myself out there and make a name for myself in my industry. As always, thanks for the insight!

Was about to say this definitely ties in the Saturn in Pisces themes and also the eclipses about to really kick off across your 2nd and 8th houses. Even more growth with your own business throughout 2025-2026!
