I use whole sign houses so when Uranus enters Gemini I consider that to be his 11th! But yes, definitely hard transits with Saturn squaring the sun and moon.
I have been down a rabbit hole on Astro Databank and Kennedy, Truman and Carter also share the Libra rising, Cancer MC placements, which fits for all 3 as far as I know (Truman negotiated the end of WW2, Carter negotiated a famous hostage release from Iran and Kennedy, well…you know)
